Living Hope Church Missions:

Living Hope is actively executing the great commission (Matthew 28:16-20) and world missions is a huge part of church life at Living Hope. We believe that every person can be involved in world missions. That is why we have three specific avenues for people at Living Hope to get involved: supporting, sending and saving.

Support: Supplying for the missionaries needs with financial support for the ministry and raising money for specific projects will enable us to empower the missionaries to accomplish their goals. The support line on our missions envelope is for this area. These are either missions that we support on a monthly basis, or missionaries that we have a relationship with and want to bless and empower when the opportunity presents itself.

Send: Helping send others- When giving, you can designate funds using the envelope for a person or a particular trip. If you can’t go, but have the ability to empower someone else to go, you may give to fund that person’s trip. The mission leadership will have the final decision as to where the money will end up, but will consider your request. The reason for this is circumstances where person you want to fund may not be able to go, or may not be qualified to go on a mission trip.

Save: Use the saving line on the mission envelope to save up to go on a mission trip like a savings account. Any trip can be funded, but sometimes it will just take some pre-planning and thought. Remember to look to your main goal and then take small steps to reach it.

If the Lord has given you the desire to go on a trip in the future, you can begin saving now by giving some money each week. Even if the amount seems like too much for you at the moment, you can reach your goal by giving consistently.
